Entry via Franklin Street.
Exit to Franklin Street.
Disability access - restricted lift and ramp access at this car park. To access the Early Bird $8 parking rate, enter the car park and take a ticket from the machine. Proceed directly to Basement Level 2, where you will validate your ticket by inserting it into the validation machine. Once validated, the boom gate will rise, allowing you access to Basement Level 3. When exiting, please retain your ticket until you reach the main exit at ground level, where you will need to insert it into the machine to exit. Thank you for parking with us!
