What is a parking promotion code?
Promotion Codes
Secure Parking promo codes provide a percentage or fixed rate discount on your parking. They can be in the form of a voucher from a retailer (e.g., a cinema) to give you an extended stay at a reduced rate so you can enjoy a movie. They may also be alphanumeric codes to apply at online checkout when pre-paying for parking.
How to use a promo or promotion code
Promotion codes received via email, printed flyer, or online should be copied and added to the promotions checkbox before confirming your online purchase (you cannot redeem once you have purchased).
Terms and conditions apply to all discount codes, and an error message will be shown if not applicable.

How do I use a parking voucher?
How to use the voucher
Using your voucher is easy! Vouchers given by a retailer can be applied at the car park exit or pay machine.
Your voucher will either cover a certain amount or a certain period of time. If you meet the conditions of the voucher, the system will accept it as payment. If not, an alternate method of payment will be required.

Where can I use my voucher
Check your voucher for the Car Park name printed on it, which indicates where the voucher will be accepted.

Parking Gift Cards - Applied to your account
You cannot use a gift card credit to pay when exiting the car park.
Gift card credit is only redeemable online when making a purchase at an available car park. It cannot be used for drive-up parking.
How do I use my gift card on my purchase?
Sign into the account that the gift card has been applied to.
When purchasing parking online, before confirming payment, on the checkout page, choose the gift card you wish to apply to your purchase from the gift card dropdown field. This will apply your credit against your purchase and reduce the charges owed.

Can I get a refund on my gift card credit?
No, we don’t provide cash refunds on applied gift card credit.
