Website and App Updates
Registering/Sign in for first time use of the Secure Parking Website or App
On first use - You need to register
For your security we need you to register or create an account the first time you use the Secure Parking app or website. If you already have an account with the same email address then you need to sign in or log in. For additional security you will be asked to verify your email address and confirm you are a real person.
How to change your password
Simply select 'forgot password' as you log in to the Secure Parking website or app. If you cannot easily find the forgot password prompt you have gone too far into the sign in/ log in process simply go back a step or two. After following the forgot password prompts, you will receive an email to your nominated email account, follow the link to update your password. If you tried to log in then realised you forgot your password, please go back to opening screen of the sign in process.
How to add, update or change your default credit card
In the 'Account' tab look for payment methods. Adding a single credit card means this car will automatically become the default card used for payment. If you add more than one card you can select one to be the default card. 3 cards, is the maximum card limit that can be associated with your account. Cards can be deleted and replaced, however, for security this is also limited and you may experience a delay in the new card becoming active when deleting and replacing cards of up to 24 hours.
What's New
6 Digit PINs
If you have previously used pre-paid parking with us or use Flexi Vouchers you will be used to entering and exiting Secure Parking car parks with 5 digit PINs. We introduced 6 digit PINs for added security. Now when purchasing online, you will receive a 6 digit PIN and a QR Code this can be added to your Google or Apple wallet or found in 'Upcoming' purchases on the home screen or in your Account once signed in. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email account.
QR Codes
When you make a purchase you will receive both a PIN and QR Code which will both, depending on your preference allow you entry and exit at our car parks. You will find both in your Account tab on your device whether you use our App or Website.
Receipts and history
The Account tab is your key to current and past online parking purchases and parking sessions with Secure Parking. If you need a record of transactions this is where you will find it. A record is only stored for a limited time and should be downloaded/copied for later use immediately to prevent archiving. Should this occur please contact us. We do not store your drive up casual parking records please pre pay online should parking receipts be a requirement to avoid loss.
The shopping cart
Now you can shop for parking like any other online store, whilst picking up the best deal at the most convenient car park location. Simply add the parking products to your cart for the date and times you need. You are not limited to one purchase, product or time frame, you can now add as many as you want and need. Finally, checkout and use any promotion codes you may have. With an 'account' record, your previous or upcoming parkings and entry details all in one place! It’s as simple as that.
What's different
Find your upcoming and favourites
Look for 'Upcoming' and 'Quick Repeat' on the home screen of the Secure Parking app or once signed into the website (scroll down and allow time for us to retrieve your details). Alternatively, open the Account tab and click on 'Purchases' to see both 'Upcoming' and 'Past' purchases.
