Call-to-Buy Parking Services

If you are having trouble purchasing parking online or via the app, you can call our Sales Team Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST to purchase parking over the phone.

Our helpful team will organise the purchase for your desired car park and entry and exit time. They will then provide you with a 6-digit PIN to allow you to access the car park with ease.

You simply drive up to the entry gate, select ‘I have a PIN’ and enter your provided 6-digit PIN. If you have trouble entering the car park, simply press the ‘Help’ button and provide the PIN number verbally and our Service staff will open the gate for you. The same steps are repeated for exit.
