As part of our commitment to addressing modern slavery risks, we report these risks to the Australian Government via the register, covering our business and supply chains.

As a valued vendor supplying goods or services to Secure Parking Pty Ltd, we request that you review and complete the Modern Slavery statement declaration form annually by March 1.

This is part of our ongoing compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW) or the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), as applicable.

An authorised representative is a person who has permission to sign documents on behalf of the Company.

Who is the Entity?

The Entity is the Company name in full.

Which questions in the form are you required to complete?

You are required to complete ALL questions in the Modern Slavery agreement form. The form cannot be submitted unless all mandatory fields are completed, this is indicatedby *.
