The Dawn Service and Parade will affect parking and driving in the area, changed conditions and tow away zones apply from 4pm 24 April until 11:59pm 25 April and road closures apply 2am to 3pm on 25 April.

• Post Office Square Car Park - inaccessible 3am to 3pm
